Philip Sydney Phillips of Calulu, East Gippsland Shire County, VIC Australia was born on February 10, 1850 in Hawthorn, City of Boroondara County to Philip William Phillips and Julia Bevan Phillips. He had siblings Louisa Phillips and Alswitha Mary (Phillips) Osborn. He married Mary Jane (Greenhill) Phillips in 1876, and had a child Sidney Albert Phillips. Philip Phillips died at age 64 years old on June 19, 1914 in Calulu, East Gippsland Shire County.
