He had siblings Arthur Thomas Lonsdale, Ethel May (Lonsdale) Lovegrove, Mabel Ellen Lonsdale, Sarah Elizabeth Lonsdale, Violet Cecilia Lonsdale, James Albert Ernest Lonsdale, and Albert George Lonsdale. Phillip Lonsdale died at age 21 years old in 1913 in Elmore.
