    Phillip Winston Reed was born to Paul Willard Reed (1917 - 1985) and Doris Imogene Putnam (1923 - 2006). He had siblings Gary Michael and Paul Jean Reed. He also had three half-siblings, all sisters. Phillip Reed married Patricia Ann Webb (born 1946) in 1962 in Kasas City, Missouri, and they had six children: two sons and Christine, Diana, Eric, and Farrell Reed. He then married Cecelia Ann Krause (born 1940) in 1988 in Miami, Oklahoma. They didn't have children. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Phillip was raised in Missouri and moved to Phoenix Arizona when he was around 45 years of age. He live in Arizona the rest of his life.
