Prince Rogers Nelson of Chanhassen USA was born on June 7, 1958 in Minneapolis, MN to Mattie Della Shaw and John Lewis Nelson. Prince Nelson had a sister Tyka Evene Nelson. He married Mayte Janell Garcia on February 14, 1996 and they later divorced in 2000. They had a child Amiir Gregory Nelson. He would also marry Manuela Testolini on July 31, 2011 and they later divorced in October 2007. Prince Nelson died at age 57 years old on April 21, 2016 at Paisley Park, in Chanhassen, and was buried at Paisley Park in Chanhassen, Carver County.

Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016) was an American singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer. The recipient of numerous awards and nominations, he is widely regarded as one of the greatest musicians of his generation. He was known for his flamboyant, androgynous persona; his wide vocal range, which included a far-reaching falsetto and high-pitched screams; and his skill as a multi-instrumentalist, often preferring to play all or most of the instruments on his recordings. Prince produced his albums himself, pioneering the Minneapolis sound. His music incorporated a wide variety of styles, including funk, R&B, rock, new wave, soul, synth-pop, pop, jazz, and hip hop.

Urn of Prince Rogers Nelson
Prince was cremated on April 22, 2016 immediately after the autopsy. His urn was displayed to the public in the foyer at Paisley Park in Chanhassen. It was designed by his sister Tyca Nelson. The back of the urn in the bottom picture was never shown to the public.
