I have in my possession and old photograph of Rachel Elmira BREWER which was taken at the Charles Cary Studio in Angola, IN when she was 2 years and 1 month old. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Rachel and her family:
Rachel Elmira BREWER was b. 30 Jan 1891 in Indiana to parents Frank P. BREWER (1852-1944) and Ida Estelle or Estella WEAVER (1861-1912) who were married in Angola, IN on 5 Jun 1889. It appears that Rachel was their only child. Rachel’s last know residence was in Portland, Oregon during the 1940 census, listed as single with no children.
I am hoping to locate someone from Rachel’s family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of her family. If you are a member of her family or know someone who might be, please contact me.
