My name is Randy, and I was a welder and built and owned race cars and monster trucks in the 70's & 80's (ie. My 1973 Bronze Mustang MACH-I, My 1978 Ford Stepside Mudd-n-Maddness, and my 1984 Bronco II WhiteHot). I was a welder at Payne Tool & Machine, MT. Plesent Tool & Machine, and at Induction Engineering/Creative Car Clinic in the mid 70's into the 80's. I floorguarded and DJ'd at the Terre Haute Skate Center and was a cook at Gust Haus Stephan in the late 70's to 1980. Also, I am a January 1980 Graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School (Graduating mid-term my senior year). In January of 80's, I was a Hull Tech & Firefighter in the U.S. Navy. I graduated 1st out of a class of 17 in NBC Warfare Defense and received military honors. In 1982 & 1983 I worked as a front line associate at Castle Carwash (for Lyle Ling), and at Bowen Old’s as their Lot Maint. manager (for Bill Gordon). In the mid 80's, I was the lead singer in the classic rock band named "MONARCH" (w/ Tommy Combs guitar, Jimmer Quinlin Bass, and Larry "the Coffee" King on Drums). I lost my sight in a motorcycle accident on March the 6th, of 1987, and since then, I went to Indiana State University (89-92) and got my batchelors degree in Social Work. 95-96 I was employed by corporate Charter Hospital and worked on their 1-800-CHARTER hot-line taking calls for 25 hospitals and 13 crisis centers in the mid-west division of GNAC (Group Needs Assessment Center). In the late 90's, I did the light show for the classic rock band "Stiff Possum" which became "Flashpoint". In 2000 I built a new Habitat for Humanity hhouse for my family (#32 the Plastics Industry house). 2002-2012 I worked for the Wabash Vally United Way agency Vigo County Lifeline and was their volunteer - intern coordinator (taking Crisis, Information, & Referral Calls for 5 counties). In 2012-14 , I was the lead singer in the clasic rock band Girlfriend Stella and in 2015 the lead singer for the classic rock band BATTLEAXE. May 2014 I bought a new home in the Ole Erie Sub-division and over the past 6 years, I have been employed at the WILL Center (Wabash Independent Living and Learning Center)... as their front dest attendant and social media person (managing their FB accounts, Twitter account, & Web-Site). I am also a field trainer & supervisor for under-graduate Social Workers from the ISU Social Work Department!!!
