Raymond George Schmidt of Williamstown, City of Hobsons Bay County, VIC Australia was born in 1904 in Williamstown to Mary Ellen (Hocking) Schmidt and George Schmidt. He had siblings Norman Schmidt, Harold Gordon Schmidt, Dorothy Grace Schmidt, and Edgar Schmidt. Raymond Schmidt married Roma Muriel Brooks in 1932, and died at age 65 years old in 1969 in Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County.

But the language was so broad that it was also applied to consensual sex between adults when wished.
