Richard Albert Lloyd of Rushworth, Campaspe Shire County, VIC Australia was born in 1889 in Rushworth to Elizabeth Sarah (Snelling) Lloyd and Joseph Henry Lloyd. He had siblings Charles Frederick Lloyd, Victor Claude Lloyd, George Alfred Lloyd, Lucy May Lloyd, and Joseph Cornelius Lloyd. He married Violet May Cunningham Lloyd, and had a child Violet May Lloyd. Richard Lloyd died at age 88 years old on October 1, 1978 in Rushworth.
