Richard Naugler of Manning, Clarendon County, South Carolina United States was born circa December 17, 1942 in Brewer, Penobscot County, ME to Allan J Naugler and Eleanor F Naugler. He had siblings Trenna Naugler and Stephen Naugler. He married Cynthia Alice (Carter) Naugler and they later divorced. He had a child Danielle Naugler. Richard Naugler died at age 49 years old circa July 21, 1992 in Manning, Clarendon County, SC, and was buried circa July 27, 1992 in Wolf Lake, Noble County, IN.
