He had sisters Shari and Leslie Jacobson. A Twentieth Television president, Rick was responsible for launching "The X-Files", "NYPD Blue" and "Divorce Court" at the network.     RICK JACOBSON Twentieth TV President Los Angeles - Rick Jacobson, the Twentieth Television president who re-engineered the company's syndication operations, died of cancer Sunday. He was 48. During his four years at Tswentieth, Jacobson's change in syndication and sales operations set an industry precedent when Twentieth launched "The X-Files" and "NYPD Blue" with simultaneous windows in basic cable and off-network syndication. He recently launched the successful syndicated show "Divorce out." - The Albuquerque Tribune, Wednesday, March 8, 2000.
