RITA MAE WEISMILLER November 14, 2010 Rita Mae Weismiller, 88, of Pottsville, died November 14 at the home of her daughter, Renee. Born in Pottsville, February 3, 1922, she was a daughter of the Late William A. and Abigail L. (Reber) Huling. She was a 1940 graduate of Pottsville High School and was a sales representative for Avon products for more than 50 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was a member of Circle 3. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar F. Weismiller in 2001; a sister, Grace Cull. Surviving are a daughter, Renee Kalinich, Pottsville, with whom she resided for three years; two sons, John Brent Weismiller, Suedberg, and Robert Arnold Weismiller, Pottsville; three sisters, Jean Hanaway, Pottsville, Frances "Pank" Stephen, Friedensburg, and Betty Styler, Bryn Mawr; eight grandchildren, Selina, Taliah, Bryatt, Bob Jr., Jeff, Kevin, Matty and Nick; six great-grandchildren, Bobby III, Gracelyn, Austin, Cambrie Mae, Alyssa and Ashley; nieces and nephews. Religious services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran church, with the Rev. Darcy M. Reis officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. James H. Evans Funeral Home Inc., Saint Clair, is in charge of arrangements. -Republican and Herald (Pottsville, Pennsylvania) Sunday, November 21, 2010 on page A 7.
