Robert D. Raffiani Sr., 59, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 13, 1942, in Catskill, N.Y. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired Army sergeant first class and Vietnam War veteran, a member of the Disabled American Veterans and the VMCCA. He is survived by his wife, Madonna; one daughter, Adina Howley of Bunnell, Fla.; two sons, Richard Raffiani of Virginia Beach, Va., and Robert D. Raffiani Jr. of Catskill; and four brothers, Charlie Raffiani, Francis "Shorty" Raffiani and John Raffiani, all of New York state, and Paulie Raffiani of Pennsylvania. Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S.
