Robert Eugene Vandorn was born on February 25, 1935 to Leslie Marion VanDorn and Willa Catherine VanDorn, and had siblings Walter Charles VanDorn, Marven Blaine VanDorn, Mildred Elaine Hahn, Marion L. VanDorn, Mary Adams, Wallace Lawrence VanDorn, Eva Lena Davenport, Florence Eileen Lewis, Nellie June Kohles, and Donald James VanDorn. He married Marilyn M. VanDorn, and they were married until Robert's death on February 5, 1997. Robert Vandorn had children Robert Eugene VanDorn and Diana Sue Stegall.
