Robert Francis Watson of East Melbourne Australia was born in 1879 to Robert Reid Watson and Janet (Wood) Watson. He had siblings Jane Amelia (Watson) Zeven-Sands, Barbara Edith (Watson) Small, Clarence Alexander Wishart Watson, Percy Drysdale Reid Watson, Cedric James Raymond Watson, and Albert Edward Watson. He married Helena (Nolan) Watson in 1901, and had a child John Francis Leslie Watson. Robert Watson died at age 68 years old on February 11, 1948 in East Melbourne, and was buried at Fawkner Crematorium & Memorial Park in Fawkner, City of Merri-bek County, VIC.
