Ronald Jackson Phillips of Westchester, Cook County, Illinois United States was born on August 31, 1955 in Wewahitchka, Gulf County, FL to Allie Phillips and Lonnie Delmar Phillips. Ronald Phillips had siblings Margie Helen Phillips, James Charles Phillips, Robert Lonnie Phillips, and Donald "Nig" Phillips. He married Deborah Ann Lee, and they had a child Diana Marie Phillips. He married Teri Phillips. Ronald Phillips died at age 50 years old on January 20, 2006 at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Cook County, IL, and was buried at Poplar Head Baptist Church in Clarksville, Calhoun County, FL.
