Ruth (Trigwell) Evans was born in 1810 to Isaac Trigwell and Elizabeth Clark, and had siblings John Trigwell, Lucy Trigwell, Elizabeth Trigwell, William Trigwell, Joseph Trigwell, Sarah (Trigwell) Sexton, Mary Trigwell, James Trigwell, Caroline (Trigwell) French, Ann (Trigwell) Ford, Henry Trigwell, and Thomas Nicholas Trigwell. She married John Evans on December 26, 1830 at St Anne's Church, Lewes High Street, in East Sussex County, England United Kingdom, and had children Mary Ann Evans and Elizabeth Evans. Ruth Evans died at age 70 years old circa 1880.
