Sallie Williams was born on June 18, 1888 at Indian Territory, Oklahoma, United States to Oswell Williams and Mollie Mary Thomas, and had a sister Bertie Williams. She married Homer Perry Andrews Sr. on September 10, 1906, and they were married until Sallie's death on May 1, 1932. She had children Thelma Faye (Andrews) Condon and Homer Perry Andrews Jr.. Sallie Williams was buried at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel and Cemetery 7301 E Lancaster Ave, in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas United States.

    A black mole removed from her upper arm was melanoma. Treatment was injections of morphine to relieve the pain, and was administered by the family at home. Her doctor furnished the morphine and syringes.
