    Shelton Broussard Jr's parents were Shelton Broussard (1912 - 1999) and Ophelia B Williams (1915 - 1961). He had siblings Katie Mae, James, Shirley Ann, Artis Ann, and Deborah Diane Broussard. When Shelton was 8 years old, he was living in Orange, Texas with his parents and siblings Katie, Betty, Lillie, and James. Dad was a laborer in a paper mill. Ten years later, Shelton was still living with his parents and siblings Katie, Betty, Lily, James, Shirley, Jimmie, Freddie, Claudette, and Artis. Shelton was working as a shoe shiner at Domino Recreation Club, Dad was working as a labor foreman at a pulp and paper mill, and Betty was house cleaning for private families. He married Bonnie Jewel Bourgeois Smith in Orange, Texas on February 5, 1987. Shelton was 55 and Bonnie was 48. Shelton was outgoing, hardworking and determined. He had an enormous love for his family and friends!
