Shirley F. (Shutes) Johnson of Alamo, Crockett County, Tennessee United States was born on June 13, 1949 to Mildred Shutes and James Arthur Shutes. She had siblings Mary Bell Theus, Mildred Woodland, James Thomas Shutes, and Lynn R.Shutes. Shirley was baptized in September 1979 in Jackson, Madison County. She married Percy Johnson Sr, and they had children Eqaila Evon Johnson and Percy Johnson Jr. She would also marry Charlie Foster, and they had a child Jerry W.Shutes. She married Daniel Patterson, and they had a child Sandra C.Shutes. Shirley Johnson died at age 62 years old on January 20, 2012 in Alamo, Crockett County, and was buried on January 25, 2012 in Madison County.
