  • Introduction

    Shirley was a fun happy go lucky person. Shirley grew up in Hartford Vt. with her parents and 9 siblings, where she graduated and then went to secretarial school. She worked as a secretary at the VA for quite awhile before she married William F. Davis and moved to Lebanon,N.H. They had two children, William (Billy) L Davis and Deborah M. Davis. Shirley became an excellent seamstress and worked for Carter & Son’s for many years before moving to Fort Lauderdale Florida. She was remarried at this time to Burrell C Norris Jr. She was the head manger of a swanky restaurant called “The Governors Club”. Shirley got lung cancer and Passed on 4/2/83. She leaves her daughter Deborah Garven of Manchester,N.H. A grandson Richard Stark of Marianna,Fl, granddaughter’s Theresa A Marriseau of Gardner Mass,Christina L Cox of Groveland ,Mass and a grandson Jacob Cox .
