Sinclair was my "boyfriend" in the 6th grade, at Locke Elementary School. He was a quiet person and I loved his smile. Funny thing is...we never interacted outside of school. It was a minor one year school thing that just faded away as young, non-romantic, boy-girl friendships do. We were simply kids. I still see him in my dreams, once and a blue moon, and we are still at that elementary school. I remember he had a brother who died really young. Sorry to know that he has passed on. How did he die so young? RIP, Sinclair.

I wanted to add that I never knew he was an officer on the Gary Police Department, until today, when I found the entry on Find A Grave. I was also an officer on that department, but evidently years before he joined the force, as he was not an officer at the time I left the department to join with another department. What a coincidence.
