This is from an album that had several photos of the Bureau of Reclamation's Deaver Canal Project near Frannie, Wyoming. Left to right: Huntley, Smith Payton, Nicholson, Sutphin, Hubbell, Loyd Sowards, John Patterson, Tom Pearce. Hubbell was the chief of the project.
