Sylvia Eileen (Green) Briggs of Richmond, City of Yarra County, VIC Australia was born in 1896 in Kew, City of Boroondara County to Julia Margaret (De Garis) Green and Charles Samuel Green. She had a brother Charles Frederick Green. She married Frederick William Briggs in 1923, and had a child Brenda Eileen Briggs. Sylvia Briggs died at age 59 years old on December 13, 1956 in Richmond, City of Yarra County.
