Theresa Elizabeth (Kearney) Waters was born on August 17, 1925 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States. She was married to James Joseph Waters Sr. in 1948 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were together until Theresa's death on June 11, 2013 in Hobe Sound, Martin County, Florida. She had children James Joseph Waters Jr., Gerard Henry Waters, Joseph Michael Waters, and Ann Marie Cox. Theresa Waters was buried at Cremated.
