Thomas Bouldin Crews IV was born on January 30, 1950 in Camden, Camden County, New Jersey United States to Thomas Bouldin Crews III and Anita Jean Crews, and has a brother Scott Raymond Crews. He married Janice Marie Caver in 1975 in Camden, Camden County and they later divorced in 1993 in Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas. They had children Katie Marie Wrobel, Meghan Anne O'Brien, and Thomas Bouldin Crews V. He also married Mary Elizabeth Crews in 1995 in Grapevine, Tarrant County. They had a child Grace Emily Crews.
