    Published Thursday August 29, 2002 in the Franklin Favorite Newspaper (Franklin, Kentucky): Thomas Dale Yates. 60, died Thursday, August 22, 2002 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Austin and Bell Funeral Home in White House, Tenn. where services were held Saturday, Aug. 24 2002 with Bro. Clay Ross and Bro. Bill Richardson officiating. Burial followed in Cross Plains Cemetery in Tenn. He was the son of the late Robert and Lillie Yates. He was employed as a machinist. Survivors include his sons. John Thomas and Kelly Yates; two sisters, Betty Norman and Jacqueline Hayes; three brothers Rayburn, Billy and Charles Yates; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
