Thomas Joseph Byrne Jr. was born on November 22, 1877 at PA-8, in Allison Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania United States to Thomas Joseph Byrne Sr, and Susan Virginia Lawrence Byrne, and had siblings Mary (Molly) (Byrne) Walsh, Helen (Nellie) (Byrne) Kumer, Elizabeth (Byrne) McCabb, Francis Byrne, Clair Byrne, and Jenny (Jane) Byrne. He married Agnes Melissa (Mayer) Byrne on September 11, 1903, and they were married until Thomas' death in 1938.
