John Henry Watmuff
John Henry Watmuff of Cowra Ave., in Mildura, VIC Australia was born on February 2, 1839 in Halifax, West Yorkshire County, England United Kingdom to Stephen Watmuff and Elizabeth Vickerman Watmuff. He had siblings Elizabeth Sarah (Watmuff) Bond, Frederick Watmuff, Charles Brothers Watmuff, Mary Taylor Watmuff, Edward Watmuff, and Lucy Watmuff. John was baptized on August 3, 1840. He married Elizabeth Stone Watmuff on July 30, 1870. They had children Henry Hamilton Watmuff, Mary Josephine Watmuff, Edith Marion Watmuff, and Charles Royde Watmuff. He married Elizabeth (Bessie) Pitts Watmuff, and they had children Stephen Oswald Watmuff, John Basil Watmuff, Henry Bertram Watmuff, Walter Reginald Watmuff, Agnes Olive (Wattmuff) Thornton, and Edward "Ned" Leslie Watmuff. John Watmuff died at age 56 years old on February 15, 1895 in Mildura, VIC Australia, and was buried at Nichols Point Cemetery Karadoc Ave, in Nichols Point, Mildura Rural City County.
