He had a sister, Mildred Pauline Curcio (1914-2016). He lived in Medford, Middlesex, Massachusetts and enlisted in the US Army on March 19, 1942, at the age of 30, in Boston, Massachusetts. Vincent's enlistment was during World War II, and he joined as a Selectee, which means that he was drafted into the army. During his military service, Vincent served in the US Army for a little over a year, until August 11, 1943, when he was honorably discharged from the military. Vincent went on to attend and earn his undergraduate and law degrees from Northeastern University. He worked as a lawyer with the Lynn Firm. He married Mary McDevitt and had two daughters Chritine and Mary as well as a son, Paul V Curcio.

Vincent C. Curcio, 81. Was lawyer with Lynn firm.

Vincent C. Curcio of North Andover, a former attorney, died Thursday at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence after a long illness. He was 81.

Born in Boston, Mr. Curcio was educated in Medford schools. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Northeastern University.

Mr. Curio was associated with Donahue, Dolan, and Curcio in Lynn, and was a member of the Lawrence Bar Association. He was a former member of the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Curcio served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and the North Andover Knights of Columbus. He was a member of St. Michael's Church in North Andover.

Mr. Curcio leaves his wife, Mary C. (MeDevitt); two daughters, Christine Charter of Nashua and Mary-gael MacPhail of North Andover; a son, Paul V. Curcio of Providence; a sister, Mildred MeCormick of Wes-ton; and six grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. Michael's Church, North Andover. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover.
