Perry BIRTH 27 Nov 1909 DEATH 20 Sep 1986 (aged 76) BURIAL Prairie Rose Cemetery Corning, Adams County, Iowa, USA MEMORIAL ID 91504539 When Willard Donald Perry was born on November 27, 1909, in Jasper, Iowa, his father, Earl, was 26 and his mother, Grace, was 29. He married Thelma Sarah House Camp on May 17, 1930, in Corning, Iowa. They had four children in 11 years. He died on September 20, 1986, in Corning, Iowa, at the age of 76, and was buried there. In the mid 50's, Willard quit farming and started doing pump and windmill repairs. By 1969 Willard had estimated he had repaired nearly 1000 windmills. Willard and his wife had an intense interest in kids. They had reared 5 different foster children in their home after World War II, including a Japanese girl.
