William Alfred Ridoutt 1868 - 1932

William Alfred Ridoutt of Box Hill, Whitehorse City County, VIC Australia was born on July 11, 1868 in Prahran, City of Stonnington County to Emma (McMillin) Ridoutt and Richard William Ridoutt. He had siblings Emma Ridoutt, Ethel May Ridoutt, Lillian Elizabet Ridoutt, Charlotte Ridoutt, Edith Martha Ridoutt, and Alexander Frederick Ridoutt. He married Jane Monro (Amiet) Ridoutt in 1896, and had children Elsie Alexandra Ridoutt, Alfred Charles Ridoutt, and William Archibald Ridoutt. William Ridoutt died at age 64 years old on August 28, 1932 at 7 Hannaslea St, in Box Hill, Whitehorse City County.

Stanton - who was opposed to Johnson's leniency towards the former Confederacy - the US House of Representatives voted (126 to 47) to impeach Andrew Johnson. Johnson was later acquitted in the Senate by one vote short of the required 2/3rds.Senators crossed party lines to keep Johnson as President.
