On his October 1940 World War II draft card, William, age 26, described himself as being five feet seven inches tall and as weighing 172 pounds. He had blue eyes, brown hair, and a "light" complexion. William Fisher married Mary Elizabeth Barto (1916 - 2000) on February 24th, 1958 and they didn't have children.
