He also had half siblings Samuel Frankcom (1845-1926), Francis Frankcom (1846-1915), and Thomas Frankcom (1849-1930). William married Eliza Ball (1860-1946) in 1883 in Victoria, Australia. They had a daughter named Ella Eda (1886-1975). They were living in Hawthorn, Victoria, Australia. On March 20, 1931, William Frankcom passed away in Hawthorn, Victoria, Australia and is buried in Box Hill, Whitehorse City, Victoria, Australia.
