Eliza Ball is the daughter of Eliza Collins (bron 1826) and Oliver Ball (born 1823). She was born in Bristol, St Philip and raised in St Luke, Somerset, England. In 1883, she married William Henry Frankcome (1857-1931) and they had a daughter together, Ella Eda Frankcome (1886-1975). Eliza Frankcome passed away on February 10, 1946 and is buried at the Box Hill Cemetery in Box Hill, Whitehorse City, Victoria, Australia along with her husband.
