    According to public records, Yolanda was born in Washington DC and lived her entire life there. Her mother was Barbara Adams-Sanders and her father was Fred Burley. She had a brother, Clarence Alexander. From her obituary in The Star=Democrat, Easton MD, September 27 1991: In addition to her parents, Miss Burley is survived by a special friend, Bernard Gordon of Washington, a brother, Clarence Alexander of Washington, and her grandmothers, Marie Ayers of St Michaels and Rebecca McPhatter of Washington.

I knew Yogi as we were classmates at Notre Dame. Yogi was a beautiful out going person.
