BIRTH: Minnesota State Dept. of Health issued a delayed birth certificate Sept. 10, 1942 on information provided by Jess Johnson, brother. His address was R. 3 Osakis, Minnesota. This was based on notarized school census state- ment issued by James G. Donovan, Co. Supt. of Schools, Long Prairie, Minnesota !

DEATH: State of Wisconsin, Dept. of Health, Pierce County Register of Deeds Vol. 34 Page 84. Acie was a self-employed carpenter. He died at Plum City Care Center of Congestive Heart Failure after years of heart disease.
