Born in South Carolina (love to the Carolinas today), she died in 1891. Life was hard and poor dental care didn't help - guess how old she was!
Ada Hughen was born on 25 Apr 1813 in South Carolina, the daughter of James Hughen and Elizabeth Cary. She died on 21 Jul 1891 in Coweta County, Georgia. Ada married John Robert McCollum, Jr. about 1830 in South Carolina. John was born on 15 Oct 1809 in South Carolina. He died on 28 Sep 1876 in Coweta County, Georgia. Both were buried in Mt. Gilead Methodist Church Cemetery, Raymond, Coweta County, Georgia.

Yes, ale looks like 100 years old but died at 78. My gradmpa is in this age and looks much younger than her
