ADAM C. JOHNSON, age 33 of Jefferson passed away at his home in Jefferson on November 7, 2016.
He was born August 21, 1983 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin.
Adam attended Jefferson schools until the age of 16, when he moved to Sparta and graduated from high school in 2002. He earned two Associate Degrees in Machining and Mechanical Design. He had been employed at Pillar Industries in Brookfield as a Mechanical Designer.
Most recently he was a student at the University Wisconsin Whitewater pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
Adam loved music, playing his guitar, and caring for his many dogs throughout his life. Adam was creative and artistic, and was quick-witted with a unique sense of humor.
He will be deeply missed by his family.
Mother Kelly Mallory of Fort Atkinson, Father Terry (Tracy) Johnson of Holmen, Father Brian (Mary) Mallory of Jefferson, Wisconsin. Grandparents Ron (Connie) Williams of Sparta, and step grandparents Helen Dayton of Holmen and Gerald Dayton of Holmen.
Sister Nina Mallory of Fort Atkinson, and brothers Matthew (Cynthia) Johnson of Chicago, and Jordan Johnson of St. Paul, MN. Nephews Jakob and Aiden Johnson, and niece Luna Johnson, other relatives and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Wendell and June Johnson, Aunt Patricia “Patty” Johnson, Uncle’s Kevin Criag and Jerry Dayton and Cousins Heather Knoll and Jason Kutil and Great-uncle Daniel Bernett.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday November 12, 2016 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jefferson with the Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating, burial will be at a later date in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Sparta. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of Mass
