Adam Michael Johnson, 33, of Hanover Drive, Chillicothe, Ohio died 9:00 a.m. Tuesday 9 September 2014 in Columbus, Ohio as the result of an auto pedestrian accident.
He was born 7 June 1981 in Chillicothe, Ohio the son of Michael R. Johnson and Barbara (Montgomery) Johnson of Waverly, Ohio and mother, Teresa Warren. He was united in marriage to Tabitha S. (Clark) Johnson on 18 July 2006, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons at home, two sisters, four uncles, and two aunts. There are also several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Adam was a member of the Waverly Church of Christ, David Road and an employee of Sunbelt Rental, Inc., Columbus.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, 13 September 2014 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly with Elder Emerson Montgomery, officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Denver Road, Waverly.
Friends may call at the Boyer Funeral Home from 4 – 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
