This is a photo of my mother, Anna J. Brown McAlpine taken her Junior Year of High School. She is the daughter of Chief Yuchi Micco Fus Hucha Yahola aka Samuel Wayne Brown, Sr., of the Yuchi Tribe and Mary Josephine Wadsworth of the Creek Indians in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma. Mom was born March 16, 1924 in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma and is still alive and will be celebrating her 82nd. birthday on March 16, 2006.
