Annette Funicello of Bakersfield, Kern County, California United States was born on October 22, 1942 in Utica, Oneida County, NY. She married Jack Gilardi on January 9, 1965 and they later divorced on March 21, 1983. They had children Gina (Gilardi) Portman, Jack Gilardi Jr, and Jason Gilardi. She would also marry Glen Holt on May 3, 1968, and they were married until Annette's death on April 8, 2013.

For fifty years I have been a Document Examiner and that is how I earn my living.
For over 50 years I have also been a publicist for actors, singers, writers, composers, artists, comedians, and many progressive non-profit organizations.
I am a Librettist-Composer of a Broadway musical called, "Nellie Bly" and I am in the process of making small changes to it.
In addition, I have written over 100 songs that would be considered "popular music" in the genre of THE AMERICAN SONGBOOK.
