Arthur Wadleigh Gulliver of Marietta, Washington County, Ohio United States was born on July 26, 1904 in Portland, Cumberland County, ME to Mary E. (Connellan) Gulliver and John William Gulliver. He had a brother Robert Howison Gulliver. He married Josephine M (Bradley) Gulliver on July 15, 1933 in New York, New York County, New York, and they were married until Josephine's death in 1946 in Hempstead, Nassau County. He had children William B. "Billy" Gulliver and Josephine Margaret (Gulliver).
