This is not Benjamin David Baxter, it is his nephew, Ben Baxter 1881-1925), son of Hugh and Barbara (Crosswhite) Baxter. Benjamin David Baxter was my grandfather, he and Hugh were sons of Benjamin and Mary (Martin) Baxter.
