C&P workers in MD
My grandfather is the on with the arrow over his head. His name was Edgar Barber, born and raised in Westminster Maryland. This photo was taken when he was working with the C&P Telephone Co.This is probably in northern Carroll Co. Any information as to a time frame, location, and other names would be helpful. Thank you.

Where was this and who are all these men?
Date & Place: at Store/Gas Station in Carroll Co., Maryland USA

I have been researching since 1999. The names I have so far (and I am searching phonetically) are: Appler, Barber, Bowers, Buck, Campbell, Cassar, Collins, Cullison, Daum, Davis, Fink, Frederick, Garrett, Harris, Harver, Hauver, Irwin, Kidd, Lowe, Lyman, Lynch, Reynolds, Scherff, Senseney, Talmadge, Warner, Wimert, Wiemert, Witte, Witty. Most of my research is in the northern MD area. Thank you for your help.
