Cairus
Photo belonged to Jane (Westervelt) and William Powell of East Orange, NJ. The only thing written on the photo is "Cairus" in pencil. He looks like he could be mixed (half black/half white). Most of the Westervelts and Powells lived in and around Newark, NJ. There is a similar photo of a young girl that has "Knowlton" written on it in pencil. Could be his sister.

If anyone recognizes him, please contact me. I would like to return photo to his family.
Date & Place: in USA
