Captain Charles Dalzell Craigie-Halkett-Inglis

Born in 1931.

After graduating from the Royal Military Academy at Sandhust, England Charles joined the Scottish Highland Lighht Infantry. He served in Egypt, North Africa, Malta Cyprus, Aden, Borneo, Singapore, BAOR, Malaya, Northern Ireland and NATO. He was also a member of the Queen's Bodyguard for Scotland (Royal Company of Archers).

In 2001 the Lord Lyon ruled that Charles, as the male heir, was entitled to call him self "of Cramond" but only if he re-assumed the triple-barreled surname of Craigie-Halkett-Inglis.

He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and recipient of the M.B.E.
