Carolyn Ann Mayer-Beug

Music Video Producer, Executive, September 11th Terrorist Attack Victim. She was a Senior Vice-President of Entertainment and Educational Production for Walt Disney Records, Disney Music Publishing and Disney Ice Shows. She produced a number of music videos, most notably for the song ‘Right Now’ by the rock group “Van Halen”, which won the MTV Video of the Year Award in 1992. She was aboard American Airlines Flight 11 when it was crashed into the North Towner of the World Trade Center by Al-Qaeda terrorists on September 11, 2001. Her name is found on Panel N-1 at the National September 11 Memorial in New York City, New York. A cenotaph was erected for her and her mother, who died with her in the 9-11 attacks, in the family plot in Logan City Cemetery, Logan, Utah.
