If your Wiley Foster is the same Wiley who is the grandson of Robert M. "Mitchell" Foster, then I believe our Fosters are related also. Mitchell Foster and family lived in Bedford Co., TN, then came to live in Marion Co., IL right next door to my John W. Foster. John's parents were born in VA, but unknown where. John's son named a child Bedford Linn Foster, which I feel is a commentary directed at Bedford Co., Tennessee and Linn Co., Kansas, where they lived.
