Charles William Kisor of Vandalia, Audrain County, Missouri was born on October 8, 1873 in Muscatine, Muscatine County, Iowa United States to George W. Kisor. He had siblings Walter C. Kisor and Frank Thompson Kisor. He married Angie Price Kisor on December 18, 1895 in Audrain County, Missouri, and had children Len Arden Kisor, Edwin Leslie Kisor, George Waugh Kisor, and Charles Raymond Kisor. Charles Kisor died at age 93 years old on September 4, 1967 in Louisiana, Pike County.
