"Remembrance from France" postcard

Pvt. Clarence Misamore mailed this postcard from France to a family member in his hometown of Van Lue (Vanlue), Ohio. Drafted into the Army as part of the replacement draft, Misamore served in the 14th Casual Co., Field Art. Replacement Regt. He served overseas from October 28, 1918 to May 19, 1919. He marked his postcard "Soldiers Mail," which allowed it to be mailed without postage stamps.
